FU-CHAAA | Welcome to My Podcast on Resilience

Welcome to my podcast on resilience where you’ll learn to embrace your inner Resiliency Ninja and FU-CHAAA stress, obstacles and adversity out of your way!

Actually, while this is advertised as a podcast on resilience, that’s just the beginning! We’ll cover topics like the roller coaster ride of entrepreneurship, business development, increasing profits, self-confidence and combating feelings of overwhelm to name a few, but resilience is the base-skill for your success. Knowing how to be resilient – especially when life sucks – is essential on your journey to success.

You may find my approach is a bit different. I hate cliches, because it doesn’t go deep enough to actually give you actionable insights when you’re in the thick of it. It’s a cop out. So let’s go deeper!!

In this episode Allison shares:

  • A little of her story why she’s so passionate about showing you how to be resilient
  • The sound / meaning of FU-CHAAA (no, it’s not FU)
  • An early glimpse of her frustration with cliches
  • The format of the Resiliency Ninja podcast

Welcome! I'm Allison Graham

Let’s face it – life is tough enough without having behaviour patterns that make life harder than it needs to be!

That’s why I’m obsessed with finding ways to make the human experience easier by offering strategies for problem solving, dealing with chronic pain, leveraging empowering stress, and stopping patterns that create destructive stress.
