In this Tactical Tip Tuesday, I share one simple technique to charge more for your services!

Coaches, consultants, trainers and speakers are notorious for undervaluing their services – why, because they tie their fees to time, not value. Here’s my story on when I learned to do this better – thankfully early in my career, so it stuck along the way.
