How Stress, Obstacles and Adversity Differ

There’s good stress and bad stress.

Unfortunately, many people walk around in a tizzy of overwhelm because they don’t separate the two. Nothing goods comes from bad stress. It hurts your health, puts unnecessary pressure on relationships and makes work a burden rather than a joy. Separating your challenges into three categories: stress, obstacles and adversity, and using the right tools for each category – as I share in episode 33 of the Resiliency Ninja podcast – is the answer to being more resilient and less stressed out.
