We KNOW making healthy choices is powerful – OF COURSE! BUT – these aren’t a whole solution – and they aren’t universally beneficial (as you’ll hear in the video)
That’s why my Stress-Design Model is so powerful. It goes deeper to stop creating the unnecessary, destructive stress in the first place. Then fewer resilience muscles need to activate!
