Allison Graham's four books standing side by side

Networking, Resilience, Productivity and Stress Management

Books written by me, Allison Graham.

Books from across fourteen years. Each one came out of a problem I needed to solve for myself, and led to the frameworks that have shaped my speaking, training, and coaching work with clients.

Ironically, it first launched as the pandemic made everyone feel like they were living in a never-ending weekend! The timing wasn't quite right. I refreshed it and rereleased it the next year, but by then I'd moved on. BUT, if you've ever felt overwhelmed and overloaded, then this is the book to figure out how to deal with all of that!

Chicken Soup for the Soul: Change Your Habits, Change Your Life

101 Big and Small Ideas for a Better You

I set the goal to be featured in a Chicken Soup for the Soul book in the 90's. In 2026, it came to fruition! My chapter is #98, on page 312: Choose the Pillow. It is the story of my struggle between working hard and my physical reality and need to rest – eventually the pillow won, and the next day my approach to stress, resilience, and what it means to be successful, changed.
